ICF Philadelphia Chapter Event Booking Terms

Member Ticket Rates

Our “member” rate for events is extended to all ICF members. This includes both members of the Philadelphia chapter as well as members of ICF not affiliated with ICF Philadelphia.

At the time of registration, Philadelphia chapter members should select the “Member” ticket option. All other ICF members should select the “ICF member (non-PHL)” ticket option.

Guest Attendance at Events

All are welcome to attend events that are not advertised as “Member Only” events. When registering, select the “Guest” ticket option.

Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Please refer to Ticket Exchanges and Ticket Transfer for alternative options.

Ticket Exchanges

From time to time, an unforeseen emergency or conflict arises, and you may not be able to make an ICF Philadelphia event for which you are registered. If you let us know prior to the event starting, we will work to accommodate an exchange and issue you a ticket for an alternative upcoming event.

All requests for ticket exchanges must be made 48 hours prior to the event start time. Any requests made after an event start time will not be accommodated.

The exchange may be made for an event of equal or lesser value. Refunds for any difference in your original ticket price and one of lesser value will not be made.

Ticket Transfer to Another Individual

Except for events where it is clearly stated that ticket transfers are not possible due to a specific security policy, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

Member tickets may be transferred to other members. Member tickets transferred to a Guest will incur a charge equal to the differential in the ticket price. Guest tickets transferred to a member will not be refunded the differential.

You must notify us 48 hours in advance of the event start time so that registration lists may be updated. Failure to notify us in advance may result in the ticket transfer being denied and your intended guest being denied entry.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event of a canceled event, ticket holders will be offered the option of attending the event on a rescheduled date, exchanging their ticket for another event, or receiving a refund.

In-Person Events | Security Lists and Registration Deadlines

Please be mindful that some event venues require us to submit guest lists in advance. On an event’s registration page, we indicate when there are registration deadlines. These requirements come from the venue and not from our chapter policies.

Virtual Events

Subject to the agreement of the speaker, virtual events may be recorded. Recordings are available to registered attendees within 3 business days of the event. Recordings will be available for up to 30 days after the event and may not be shared with others.

 CCEU Certificates

To receive CCEUs, registered attendees are required to complete a feedback survey, including the opening and closing words shared at the start and end of the event. Feedback surveys are emailed three days after the event, and CCEU certificates are sent within 7 days of survey completion.

• No Charge for CCEU Certificates: Event attendees will not be charged for CCEU certificates if the request is made within 60 days following the event.
• Late Certificate Requests: A fee of $35.00 will be incurred for CCEU certificate requests made after 60 days of the event. A separate charge will be incurred for each certificate request. This policy is effective for all events starting after July 1, 2024.

Please note: In line with current ICF Global policy, members attending a live online event are eligible for approved core and resource CCEUs. Registered members who missed the live event and who listen to the recording alone are only eligible for approved resource CCUEs.

 Additional Notes:

1. Recordings will not be sold
2. Recordings will be stored for a maximum of 30 days
3. Members who prefer not to be recorded may choose to be off-camera and on mute during the webinar.
