Activities in support of this external goal include:
- Increase chapter membership and certification
- Develop community outreach and promote coaching partnerships
- Create opportunities to educate the community on the profession of coaching
- Develop, lead, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Actively engage with other ICF Chapters

- Build a strong volunteer base and increase member engagement
- Provide thought leadership and member educational events
- Execute member surveys and incorporate member feedback
- Facilitate internal coffee/connection meetings to share coaching experiences and themes
