What if the mindsets shaping your life, work, and coaching aren’t as fixed as they seem?
The attitudes and beliefs we hold can influence how we approach challenges, opportunities, relationships, and goals. But while our mindsets may shape our experience, they do not have to define what comes next.
In this engaging session, Susan Taylor will invite participants to explore the mindsets that may be quietly holding them back—as well as those that help propel them toward greater possibility and potential.
Participants will examine why mindset plays such an important role in both life and business and consider how established attitudes, assumptions, and perspectives can influence the choices we make. Most importantly, Susan will introduce three practical strategies for shifting mindsets that are no longer serving us and creating greater openness to growth, change, and possibility.
This session offers an opportunity to challenge familiar ways of thinking, increase awareness, and consider an important question:
What becomes possible when we recognize that our mindsets are not actually set?
Join Philadelphia ICF for a thought-provoking exploration of the mindsets that influence how we think, grow, coach, and lead—and discover what can happen when we choose to shift them.
