This program introduces participants to the research-backed reasons why Hope matters in the workplace and trains them to increase their own Hope as well as the Hope of others. More than a feeling, Hope is a measurable and trainable skill—Hope Science shows higher-hope people set bigger, more ambitious goals, exert more energy to-wards those goals, are more engaged, more innovative, and stay longer with their organizations. Through an exploration of strong research-based evidence, explanatory videos, interactive skill-building exercises, and discussion of examples pulled from their own experiences, this program equips participants with tools to improve their Hope and the Hope of their teams.

Dr. Yira Muse served over 25 years as a commissioned U.S. Air Force officer. While she primarily worked in the areas of space, cyber, and nuclear operations, her career covered various Air Force mission sets. During a squadron command tour, Dr. Muse recognized an unmet need to arm troops against the negative effects of high-stress environments on well-being and performance. This inspired her commitment to research and education on the benefits of Hope Science in high-stress workplaces.
