As group coaching continues to gain traction, coaches need to feel equipped to meet the demand.

In this session, Dominique will:

* Define key terms and differentiate between group and team coaching.

* Focus on group coaching, sharing a framework that outlines the elements of a cohesive coaching cohort. This will help visualize the various factors that impact the evolution and success of a group program, with a particular emphasis on trust.

* Share a simple yet effective session structure that coaches can apply for one-off group coaching sessions.

This practical approach will equip coaches with the tools and techniques for successful coaching. You will have an opportunity to reflect on this content with your peers in breakouts and to ask questions to deepen your understanding of the concepts shared. This interactive session is a must for all coaches who want to differentiate their offerings through group coaching.
