Teresa Rothermel, PCC, JD, MS is an ICF-certified coach with a focus on leadership development. Over the years, she has worked independently and with organizations such as LHH, CCI, and the University of Pennsylvania’s leadership coaching program. Since 2020, she has coached almost exclusively with BetterUp, supporting leaders in aligning their growth with purpose and impact. Before becoming a full-time coach, Teresa served as an HR Director at Siemens, where her passion for leadership and organizational development took root. Her earlier career includes experience in law, insurance, and local government. She has been facilitating the Malvern coffee group since 2015.
