Mohsen Shabahang, ACC – Cultural Dexterity in Coaching A moderated conversation with participants on the significance of cultural dexterity for coaches. Mo is is a physician, educator and healthcare administrator with more than 20 years of experience.

Tahitia Timmons, MSN, RN, PCC, CDE® – Cultural Dexterity in Coaching  Tahitia is the founder of Conscious By Us and a transformational coach, speaker, and DEI strategist with nearly 20 years of experience advancing cultural humility, psychological safety, and health equity. Known for her engaging, inquisitive style, she creates dynamic spaces where individuals can explore identity, bias, and belonging in meaningful, practical ways.

Julia Mullins, PCC – Neurodiversity in Coaching. Learn more about neurodiversity, and the diagnoses that fall under this broad umbrella. We’ll talk about ways to support clients that disclose they are neurodivergent, and think differently about our coaching styles. Julia is a PCC-level ICF-credentialed executive coach, and earned an MBA from Penn State, along with certificates in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University, and Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan.

Lisa Pachence, MCC – Credentialing Corner. In an era where artificial intelligence can generate questions, summarize insights, and simulate conversation, the coaching profession stands at a powerful crossroads: What makes coaching truly valuable—and irreplaceably human?. Lisa Pachence is a Master Certified Coach, ICF Mentor Coach, Founder of IGNITE Mastery, former Coach-Training Leader at Accomplishment Coaching.

Felice Tilin, PCC – Human-Centered AI in Coaching Conversations. AI is reshaping how people learn, reflect, communicate, and make decisions, and coaching cannot afford to stand still. Rather than framing AI as the enemy of human connection, this session invites coaches to explore how we can future-proof our practice by integrating AI ethically, thoughtfully, and in the service of the client. Felice Tilin is an author, executive coach and thought leader in executive coaching and organizational consulting. As President of GroupWorks Global, she designed and runs Level 1 and 2 coaching programs. In her position at Penn as an Associate Adjunct Professor, she is the Academic Director for Penn’s Executive Coaching Program.
