Margaret has over 25 years of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise gained in the healthcare, construction, pharmaceutical, and technology industries along with an extensive background in training and development. She is founder and owner of a commercial contracting firm and brings her expertise in running her own business to her role as Managing Director for Talent Development and Coaching with the MidAtlantic Employer’s Association (MEA). Leveraging her business experience and education, Margaret works with organizations as a Leadership Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator to develop their greatest assets, their people. Her ability to address the needs of the business while creatively supporting the needs of the individuals or teams she works with helps achieve both business goals and personal development within organizations.
