Allison is the founder of Box52 Coaching and Consulting Services, LLC, where people come to feel better doing work they love. She strives to help women struggling with ADHD, “brain fog,” and other executive function challenges to find simple, actionable solutions for their complex situations at home, school, and work. In addition to individual career-wellbeing coaching, she provides Mental Fitness group coaching, VIA Strengths Team Building sessions, and non-profit consulting services. Allison understands the critical components to build supportive, energized, and productive workplace cultures, and works to achieve that, one person at a time. This mentality still drives her approach to coaching and the importance of helping people to embody a sense of well-being throughout all aspects of their lives.
