She holds a PCC certification from the International Coach Federation and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Deborah partners with leaders to navigate transitions, sharpen executive presence, and build high-performing teams, drawing on decades of hands-on experience across Fortune 500, private equity-backed, and mission-driven organizations.
