To Expand the Profession of Coaching
Activities in support of this external goal include:
- Increase Chapter membership and certification
- Build a strong volunteer base
- Develop, lead, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Actively engage with other ICF Chapters
- Develop community outreach and promote coaching partnerships
- Create opportunities to educate the community on the profession of coaching

Activities in support of this internal goal include:
- Increase member engagement
- Execute Member Surveys and incorporate member feedback
- Provide Thought Leadership and member educational events
- Leverage resources of ICF Global
- Provide coach supervision
- Facilitate internal coffee/connection meetings to share coaching experiences and themes
