With more than 10 years of coaching experience and a 25-year career in the pharmaceutical industry behind him, Paul brings deep insight into navigating change, growth, and professional transitions. Recently, he has focused his practice on helping people who feel overwhelmed and want to build greater confidence, focus, and organization—an evolution inspired by his desire to support those he cares about most. Outside of coaching, Paul enjoys life with his wife and their two young adult children, and is passionate about Liverpool Football Club, music, reading, and exploring uncommon ideas.
