  development. Over the years\, she has worked independently and with organ
 izations such as LHH\, CCI\, and the University of Pennsylvania’s leader
 ship coaching program. Since 2020\, she has coached almost exclusively wit
 h BetterUp\, supporting leaders in aligning their growth with purpose and 
 impact. Before becoming a full-time coach\, Teresa served as an HR Directo
 r at Siemens\, where her passion for leadership and organizational develop
 ment took root. Her earlier career includes experience in law\, insurance\
 , and local government. She has been facilitating the Malvern coffee group
