 generational and workplace conflict\, transitions\, leadership\, character
  development\, goals\, and work styles. Carol works with her clients to st
 op chasing the “what” in their lives and learn to understand the “wh
 y” behind their motivations. She is a Master Certified Coach with more t
 han 5\,000 client hours and a multi-certified trainer. \n\n&nbsp\;\n\n Di
 ane Seader\, PCC\, ELI-MP owns Successful Solutions Coaching and has 25+ y
 ears of corporate experience in surgical device sales\, training\, and coa
 ching roles. Her expertise includes areas such as leadership development\,
  communication skill enhancement\, team building\, customer experience\, r
 elationship mastery\, and coaching for individuals\, couples\, groups\, an
 d organizational leaders. Diane gained an expansive understanding of the d
 emands\, stresses\, and rewards of service-centered professionals working 
 in a highly charged climate of constant “change\,” and her goal is to 
 facilitate improved “energy management” skills essential in these envi
