 illed to offer Coaching to the Core: A Training Series on the ICF Competen
 cies. Lisa Pachence - MCC\, Owner of LP Coaching\, Mentor Coach\, Coach-Tr
 ainer\, and Speaker - will lead an engaging 8-part series that takes a dee
 p dive into the ICF core competencies\, unwraps the PCC Markers (for compe
 tencies 3-8)\, and helps coaches deepen their client impact using the comp
 etency framework. These virtual meetings include 15 minutes of networking 
 with attendees and 1 hour of active application of the ICF Core Competenci
 es.\n\nThis Core Competency series is designed to Engage\, Enlighten\, and
  Elevate your relationship with the core competencies and\, consequently\,
  your coaching practice. Expect to:\n\n 	ENGAGE with the core competencies
 \, with your colleagues\, and with common client challenges to deepen the 
 agility of your coaching.\n 	ENLIGHTEN yourself with the intention behind 
 each competency and PCC Marker\, seeing how the art of coaching comes to l
 ife through this framework.\n 	ELEVATE the power of your coaching by revea
 ling new insights\, enhancing your skills and confidence\, and acquiring n
 ew methods to increase your impact and strengthen your stand as a coach.\n
 \nTo continue delivering the highest level of professionalism and impact i
 n coaching\, the new ICF Core Competencies were implemented in 2021\, alon
 g with the PCC Markers (and later\, with the ACC BARS and the MCC BARS). T
 he Eight Core Competencies provides a stronger and clearer framework to th
 e ethics\, agreements\, trust-building\, and partnership that are fundamen
 tal to the coaching industry. Understanding the core competencies is a cru
 cial part of a coach’s continuing professional development\, while integ
 rating the PCC Markers hones the application of those competencies to uple
 vel your coaching impact – something we’re dedicated to as ICF coaches
 . Participation will earn Continuing Coach Education credits.\n\n[box]Lisa
