 lled to offer Coaching to the Core: A Training Series on the ICF Competenc
 ies. Lisa Pachence - MCC\, Owner of LP Coaching\, Mentor Coach\, Coach-Tra
 iner\, and Speaker - will lead an engaging 8-part series that takes a deep
  dive into the ICF core competencies\, unwraps the PCC Markers (for compet
 encies 3-8)\, and helps coaches deepen their client impact using the compe
 tency framework. These virtual meetings include 15 minutes of networking w
 ith attendees and 1 hour of active application of the ICF Core Competencie
 s.\n\nThis Core Competency series is designed to Engage\, Enlighten\, and 
 Elevate your relationship with the core competencies and\, consequently\, 
 your coaching practice. Expect to:\n\n 	ENGAGE with the core competencies\
 , with your colleagues\, and with common client challenges to deepen the a
 gility of your coaching.\n 	ENLIGHTEN yourself with the intention behind e
 ach competency and PCC Marker\, seeing how the art of coaching comes to li
 fe through this framework.\n 	ELEVATE the power of your coaching by reveal
 ing new insights\, enhancing your skills and confidence\, and acquiring ne
 w methods to increase your impact and strengthen your stand as a coach.\n\
 nTo continue delivering the highest level of professionalism and impact in
  coaching\, the new ICF Core Competencies were implemented in 2021\, along
  with the PCC Markers (and later\, with the ACC BARS and the MCC BARS). Th
 e Eight Core Competencies provides a stronger and clearer framework to the
  ethics\, agreements\, trust-building\, and partnership that are fundament
 al to the coaching industry. Understanding the core competencies is a cruc
 ial part of a coach’s continuing professional development\, while integr
 ating the PCC Markers hones the application of those competencies to uplev
 el your coaching impact – something we’re dedicated to as ICF coaches.
  Participation will earn Continuing Coach Education credits.\n\n[box]Lisa
