 ilitates Client Growth\nICF Philadelphia is thrilled to offer Coaching to 
 the Core: A Training Series on the ICF Competencies. Lisa Pachence - MCC\,
  Owner of LP Coaching\, Mentor Coach\, Coach-Trainer\, and Speaker - will 
 lead an engaging 8-part series that takes a deep dive into the ICF core co
 mpetencies\, unwraps the PCC Markers (for competencies 3-8)\, and helps co
 aches deepen their client impact using the competency framework. These vir
 tual meetings include 15 minutes of networking with attendees and 1 hour o
 f active application of the ICF Core Competencies.\n\nThis Core Competency
  series is designed to Engage\, Enlighten\, and Elevate your relationship 
 with the core competencies and\, consequently\, your coaching practice. Ex
 pect to:\n\n 	ENGAGE with the core competencies\, with your colleagues\, a
 nd with common client challenges to deepen the agility of your coaching.\n
  	ENLIGHTEN yourself with the intention behind each competency and PCC Mar
 ker\, seeing how the art of coaching comes to life through this framework.
 \n 	ELEVATE the power of your coaching by revealing new insights\, enhanci
 ng your skills and confidence\, and acquiring new methods to increase your
  impact and strengthen your stand as a coach.\n\nTo continue delivering th
 e highest level of professionalism and impact in coaching\, the new ICF Co
 re Competencies were implemented in 2021\, along with the PCC Markers (and
  later\, with the ACC BARS and the MCC BARS). The Eight Core Competencies 
 provides a stronger and clearer framework to the ethics\, agreements\, tru
 st-building\, and partnership that are fundamental to the coaching industr
 y. Understanding the core competencies is a crucial part of a coach’s co
 ntinuing professional development\, while integrating the PCC Markers hone
 s the application of those competencies to uplevel your coaching impact 
 – something we’re dedicated to as ICF coaches. Participation will earn
  Continuing Coach Education credits.\n\n[box]Lisa Pachence is a Master Cer
