SUMMARY:Coaching to the Core: Session 8 - Facilitates Client Growth (in the
  Age of AI)
DESCRIPTION:CCEU's: 1.5\nCore: 1.5\nCoaching to the Core: Session 8 - Facil
itates Client Growth (in the Age of AI)\nInsight can be powerful—but in
sight alone doesn’t necessarily create growth or transformation.\n\nICF
Core Competency #8\, Facilitates Client Growth\, asks coaches to partner w
ith clients to transform learning and insight into meaningful\, sustainabl
e growth while promoting client autonomy throughout the coaching process.\
n\nIn this experiential and interactive session\, Master Certified Coach a
nd coach trainer\, Lisa Pachence\, will explore the art of moving from awa
reness to integration—and why masterful coaching is less about getting c
lients to take action and more about partnering with them to determine who
they are becoming through what they discover and choose.\n\nTogether\, we
’ll explore four essential dimensions of facilitating growth\, all throu
gh the lens of client autonomy\, partnership\, and the evolving ICF Core C
ompetencies. And we’ll bring a timely new partner into the conversation:
AI.\n\nHow might coaches help clients use AI between sessions to deepen r
eflection\, experiment with new behaviors\, prepare for difficult conversa
tions\, identify patterns\, generate possibilities\, or strengthen account
 ability—without outsourcing their thinking\, agency\, or growth?\n\nRath
er than treating AI as the expert with the answer\, we’ll explore ways c
oaches can help clients use it as a collaborative thinking and integration
partner—extending the impact of coaching beyond the session while keepi
ng the client firmly in the driver’s seat.\n\nExpect an in-depth breakdo
wn of this core competency\, practical application\, real coaching example
s\, community discussion\, and plenty of opportunities to examine not only
what we do as coaches\, but how we create the conditions for clients to g
enerate and sustain their own growth.\n\nICF Philadelphia is thrilled to o
ffer Coaching to the Core: A Training Series on the ICF Competencies. Lisa
  Pachence - MCC\, Owner of LP Coaching\, Mentor Coach\, Coach-Trainer\, an
d Speaker - will lead an engaging 8-part series that takes a deep dive int
o the ICF core competencies\, unwraps the PCC Markers (for competencies 3-
8)\, and helps coaches deepen their client impact using the competency fra
mework. These virtual meetings include 15 minutes of networking with atten
dees and 1 hour of active application of the ICF Core Competencies.\n\nThi
s Core Competency series is designed to Engage\, Enlighten\, and Elevate y
our relationship with the core competencies and\, consequently\, your coac
hing practice. Expect to:\n\n ENGAGE with the core competencies\, with yo
ur colleagues\, and with common client challenges to deepen the agility of
your coaching.\n ENLIGHTEN yourself with the intention behind each compe
tency and PCC Marker\, seeing how the art of coaching comes to life throug
h this framework.\n ELEVATE the power of your coaching by revealing new i
nsights\, enhancing your skills and confidence\, and acquiring new methods
to increase your impact and strengthen your stand as a coach.\n\nTo conti
nue delivering the highest level of professionalism and impact in coaching
\, the new ICF Core Competencies were implemented in 2021\, along with the
PCC Markers (and later\, with the ACC BARS and the MCC BARS). The Eight C
ore Competencies provides a stronger and clearer framework to the ethics\,
agreements\, trust-building\, and partnership that are fundamental to the
coaching industry. Understanding the core competencies is a crucial part
of a coach’s continuing professional development\, while integrating the
PCC Markers hones the application of those competencies to uplevel your c
oaching impact – something we’re dedicated to as ICF coaches. Particip
ation will earn Continuing Coach Education credits.\n\n[box]Lisa Pachence
is a Master Certified Coach\, ICF Mentor Coach\, Founder of IGNITE Mastery
\, former Coach-Training Leader at Accomplishment Coaching\, Owner of LP C
oaching – an Executive Life Coaching company – and a passionate studen
t of life. Lisa primarily works with underfulfilled overachievers –High
