With over 20 years of experience in transformational leadership, executive coaching, and operational excellence, Melissa founded Waivilo Coaching & Consulting. She honed her expertise overseeing property, programs, and people across the federal government before discovering her passion for coaching in 2020. Today, she partners with emerging and executive leaders—individuals and teams—to clarify values, define purpose, and create visions aligned with their best lives. Melissa integrates the Saboteur-to-Sage framework to help clients identify and neutralize self-limiting patterns, build confidence, sharpen communication, overcome impostor syndrome, cultivate executive presence, and navigate career transitions. By challenging clients to move from fear to bold action, she inspires them to lead with authenticity, resilience, and intentional impact.
