Her work focuses on building the capabilities and mindsets needed for the future of work, with an emphasis on innovation, adaptability, sustainable performance and meaningful relationships.
What sets Maggie apart is her dual perspective. She leverages technology to enhance coaching outcomes, while applying coaching thinking to the development of technical products, teams, and organizational systems. She is also an international speaker who has presented at global conferences such as Scrum Alliance and the Columbia Coaching Conference on topics including agile practices, artificial intelligence, innovation, and professional coaching.
Outside of her work, Maggie enjoys traveling and collecting books from every place she visits which is a reflection of her curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
