Julia is passionate about neuroinclusive leadership. She founded Mullins Professional Group after 15+ years in corporate leadership development and consulting roles. She now leverages certifications and trainings in neuroscience, neurodiversity, and specifically ADHD, to help companies build neuroinclusive cultures that attract, engage, and retain employees. Julia is a PCC-level ICF-credentialed executive coach with an MBA from Penn State, and certificates in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University, and Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan. While she loves developing all leaders, Julia especially finds joy in helping neurodivergent leaders thrive in a neurotypical world.
