As a trusted thought leader in Coaching and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Hassan is dedicated to helping leaders become more inclusive and fostering environments where everyone can thrive. He has 25 years of professional experience managing people and processes in human resources, finance, higher education, and the corporate sector. He has held several progressive leadership roles, including oversight of the campus-wide supplier diversity program for Temple University, where he cultivated stakeholder relationships and empowered countless business owners to compete for contractual opportunities to substantially grow their companies. Hassan is a lifelong learner with a passion to awaken the potential in others, champion others in their journey, and guide people out of their comfort zones and towards imagining possibilities.
